I purchased a refurbished fridge…
I purchased a refurbished fridge freezer. I was shocked when I saw the extent of damage to it. I had to use fridge magnets to cover the front marks.
But the side damage is extensive. The fridge juts out in my kitchen so it is clearly visible.

I had to wait weeks, as it came from the UK and because of Brexit, they wait for a full lorry load of goods destined for Ireland

My item arrived one week after the…
My item arrived one week after the latest delivery date that had been committed to at the time of purchase. As the item was needed for my son's Communion, this was extremely disappointing and caused significant inconvenience.
After following up with the courier, I was informed that delivery dates are being promised by the vendor without being communicated to, or coordinated with, the courier. As a result, the courier is often unaware of the delivery commitments made to customers and may not even receive the items in time to meet those deadlines.
This lack of planning and communication is causing frustration for both customers and the courier service. Customers are left disappointed when expected delivery dates are missed, while couriers are unfairly blamed for delays that are outside their control. The vendor needs to review and improve its delivery scheduling and communication processes to prevent these issues from recurring.

Products are fine
Products are fine, if no customer service email address, just a UK number that appears staffed by foreign call centre, who are polite and read the scripts in front of them, but nothing gets done. Waiting nearly a month for an outdoor kitchen. Zero communication. Best avoided if you want to save your blood pressure.

Firstly
Firstly, the website says .ie but it is NOT Irish/Ireland-based, secondly, I took a day off work and waited for a courier who didn't arrive, thirdly, the laptop wouldn't connect to the internet, fourthly, returning it cost me €20 and they said it was scratched so charged me (no proof of damage). Never again.
