Having great success and holding a consistent number of loyal customers we decided to make our own store where we could improve the quality and speed of our services. They honored their life-time warranty…

They honored their life-time warranty by offering me a replacement for a game I bought 4 years ago, back in 2022. I just found the order number, and they replaced the game that wasn't working on my new console anymore. Great support, great team, took me 10 minutes, Eva was the support agent that helped me.

I purchased Kingsoms hearts about 5…

I purchased Kingsoms hearts about 5 years ago and I couldn’t get back in to the account I received, I got onto their support and with the help of Andy I was able to get another account with kingdom hearts in no time thanks to Andy , Andy displayed great patience and customer care in my experience and overall provided me with great care and most importantly in quick time
