I had been logged out of an account I…

I had been logged out of an account I needed for a game. Instead of a 2 hour argument like other companies, they had a very efficient and affective support (From Andy who is a very nice person who helped me) and helped me recover the game quickly. I would 100% recommend to other people who want cheaper PlayStation games.

They honored their life-time warranty…

They honored their life-time warranty by offering me a replacement for a game I bought 4 years ago, back in 2022. I just found the order number, and they replaced the game that wasn't working on my new console anymore. Great support, great team, took me 10 minutes, Eva was the support agent that helped me.

I purchased Kingsoms hearts about 5…

I purchased Kingsoms hearts about 5 years ago and I couldn’t get back in to the account I received, I got onto their support and with the help of Andy I was able to get another account with kingdom hearts in no time thanks to Andy , Andy displayed great patience and customer care in my experience and overall provided me with great care and most importantly in quick time
