I’ve just recently moved into a rented property & I couldn’t be happier. Sona was very professional, very responsive & reassuring. A couple of things needed sorting when I moved in & it was completed the following day. They’ve made sure we’ve settled in well & any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly. We have recently had to have work carried out on the property that we rent and it has been excellent, the guys that have done the work are both lovely, very professional, polite and very helpful. I literally can't fault it.

Amazing landlords! They helped myself to settle into the property that I’ve been renting for the past 6 months now any issues that I’ve had they have tried there up most hardest to get it resolved as fast as they can . Communication is fantastic they always answer any questions that I need to ask I would definitely recommend Renting from them .

We have had a property with buy fast for years. They are always responsive and very quick to solve any problems. The staff are very polite 5 star plus service

The agent cleared all my doubts and questions really fast. Is being really nice working with this company so far.

We have lived in this bungalow for a good while now and are very happy, although there are a few jobs that could do with doing,eg,facully boards and apex,painting and a glass window pain replaced as it gets condition in it,but once we report it to sona it will get it done eventually as she gets things done, my only criticism is that she insisted on using a person that does 1/2 ajob.

If there was a ZERO or better a minus rating this would be given.

This company behaves in a highly unethical and objectionable way.

Use them at your peril and expect the offer to change at the last moment to something around 40% of what was put in the offer letter.

Am in the process of reporting all to the regulatory authorities and have place the matter in the hands of my litigation solicitor.

Sona has been so welcoming and clear that anything we need we are to contact her! We haven’t needed to do that however the support behind us is lovely! she’s very polite and always introduces any message asking how we are! :)
