I placed an order with Sunny and Melon for a T-shirt. The shirt cost $24.99, shipping was $10. The size I received was an incorrect size. I had taken a screen shot of my order as I always do for my records. I was told that I ordered the size they sent me even tho I had sent them my screen shot that proved otherwise. It cost over $10 to return this shirt. So I’m out over $20 and do not have a shirt. These people have terrible business sense and zero customer service. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I also failed to mention the quality of the t shirt was not great. The screen printing was dull and the shirt quality not great. Steer clear of this company.

I really wish they would choose their words carefully because they are more for children and a lot of their fan basis. Kids and some of the words they use are not appropriate.

Same problem as the other review, ordered £150 worth of items for Christmas ordered on 1/12/24 and haven’t even received any email to say it’s moving. I have emailed them and haven’t heard anything back yet 19 days after the order was made.

Ordered mid November for a Christmas present for my son. Website said 10-14 business days for shipping. It’s been 18 business days since the order was placed and I was told “ Your order is currently estimated to be shipped within the next week or so”. This is appalling when they know customers are relying on these as Christmas gifts for young children. At the very least, the website should be updated to reflect accurate shipping times so people can make an informed decision before placing an order
