Due to hold ups on one project which was initially going to finish funding a project abroad we applied for a bridging loan. Our initial contact was Kelly, who efficiently started our application and collated our information and documentation. Once these were in place our application moved on with Ria. Ria was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. When the legal team were slow getting back with information, Ria was there chasing up and keeping the process moving, right the way to completion.

Bridging Loan Application
My Bridging Loan Application came with lots of hurdles. Ria was there at evey step with prompt, knowledgeable replies - even to my 'stupid' questions!! Five star experience - Bridging loan.
