From start to finish was so straight…

From start to finish was so straight forward. No long queues on the phone. Everyone I spoke to were friendly, helpful, professional and I felt like they cared about me. I had not made a claim before, so it was all new to me, but everyone was amazing. Thank you

Superb Customer Service!

Superb Customer Service!

From the beginning of the process it has been super easy, booking consultation and plan of action have all been incredible and having the direct claim facility of using a BUPA dentist was incredible.

Couldn't get an appointment until 8 weeks from point of calling. I though I would be able to see someone faster than NHS.

First time if used my private medical…

First time if used my private medical insurance, always used the NHS. Can't believe how quick and efficient everything has been so far. Worth every penny!!

Excellent Customer Care

The staff as Spire, Hull were very attentive and informative - making me feel valued at all times. My doctor was late due to attending an emergency procedure - this was all explained and I was updated frequently.

Appointment cancelled twice

Appointment cancelled twice.

Appointment last year in September was never paid though senior member from BUPA called me in the Summer last year offering I see the very provider Kristina Gordon that you have now been refusing to settle. It’s just that I had to wait 2 months to see her ( YES 2 months!!! Just like the nhs or worse) .

Health assessment and follow ups

Thorough, professional and positive health assessment with lot lots of advice offered. Referrals and instructions about what to do next were efficient and fast. Bupa’s approval process is clear and quick too. Wonderful staff throughout at a stressful time. I really appreciated their support.
