Was given call options to speak to a clinician easily through the app and, after that first call was given a referal. When the first few consultants were unavailable for a while, I called Bupa and they immediately recommended others and supported me in booking with them. The experience with the consultant was then also second to none. Very happy.

The GP was fantastic, took the time to understand the issue and was caring and compassionate. It is extremely quick and easy to book a GP appointment via BUPA. However I have tried to use the BUPA App twice in the past 2 weeks for appointments and on both occasions the system failed. The GP (to their great credit) did follow up immediately with a phone call explaining the system issues and was able to help. The system issues has resulted in 4 out of 5 stars.

Great first assessment meeting, but it went downhill afterwards. My first appointment was booked for a day my counsellor was on annual leave. I had to chase up on the 'help' App why she hadn't turned up. I was then given an appointment with another counsellor for the next day. I was told it was a video appointment, but it turned out to be a phone appointment. This counsellor then went off sick for my following two appointments. I asked to be changed to another counsellor, as I really needed to talk to someone. This did happen, but if I am honest, I learned more about her dogs and life than she did about mine. There were awkward silences also. She then told me she was on annual leave for the next two weeks. I did leave it a while, but my experience to date had made me loose trust that I was going to get the help I needed. So, I cancelled, am doing my own research and talking to friends now.
