I was absolutely delighted with the customer care I received! The person I was sending flowers to wasn’t home at the time of delivery, Fiona went above and beyond—she got in touch with me straight away and arranged a second delivery for the following morning. I really appreciated this extra effort, especially as I was away in Portugal at the time. Everything was handled so thoughtfully and professionally and my friend was over the moon with the stunning flowers:)

I ordered a seasonal bunch for my mom for Mother’s Day. They arrived in perfect condition, the arrangement of flowers was so different with flowers of not seen before. They’ve lasted a full week already and still look newly cut!!

I recently bought flowers for my mum from her birthday off Bunchd. I was extremely happy with the service as it was all very easy to navigate on the website and delivery was quick. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and my mum was thrilled. They also lasted a long time so it’s definitely value for money. I will definitely be using Bunchd again soon- a great gift idea!!

As someone who loves having fresh flowers in my home as well as sending flowers to friends and family for special occasions, I couldn’t be happier that bunch’d now exists! Firstly the user experience on the website is great - I love the simplicity and ease of placing an order (something I’ve really found lacking with other companies). The bouquets are absolutely beautiful and so unique - you can tell real thought, time and effort has gone into creating the displays and the packaging. Lastly, the main reason for 5 stars is the shelf life of the flowers - it’s like they’re everlasting! I’ve never had flowers so long in my house and have been amazed at how they continue to look so good 2 weeks in. Looking forward to my next excuse to buy a bunch!
