Poorest of quality, claims to be compression fit but definitely not. Very thin and won’t last more than a couple of washes.
Better quality at Decathlon and their budget range.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pair of shorts from PGW Gym Wear, and it took FOUR WEEKS to arrive.

When they finally turned up, I genuinely thought they’d sent the wrong size—these things are TINY and would fit a child better than an adult. The quality is appalling, cheap, flimsy fabric that looks like it won’t survive a single wash.

To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete joke. Based on the poor communication I’ve already received, I highly doubt I’ll ever see a refund. It’s clear they have no interest in resolving complaints, so I’ll be taking this matter further legally.

Avoid this company unless you enjoy waiting a month for a disappointment you can’t even return!

Really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site.
Luckily I only ordered one pair of shorts, still haven't received them and to be honest I can't see myself actually recieving them.
I think this site is just a scam shop charging a high price for their products, if you actually get what you ordered.
I can't track my order, follow the links which then don't work, all I get is emails saying how great and well their doing and that I will receive it soon.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Ordered shorts and shirts. Shirts were WAY off size chart. Paid additional $28 to return them to exchange for shorts. They responded once that they received my return then went dark, NO RESPONSE. Have not refunded me or upheld the exchange. DO NOT ORDER FROM PGW. It you want to get screwed over on exchanges/refunds, DO NOT ORDER FROM PGW

Chinese hustlers. The products are garbage that don’t fit and have the durability of a bin bag and the ignore returns. PayPal were also no help. Chinese hustlers

It is the worst company that I bought from, neither the model nor the material was similar to what was in the photo, and it is not possible to return the goods.

Cheap looking products made in china. Low quality and does not look like the pictures

The company completed my order incorrectly and I immediately notified them of their error and provided supporting photographs as they require. I was told that they would contact their supplier and that I would receive a reply within 48 hours. Three weeks later and after hearing nothing, I reached out and was given an address in New Jersey to return the incorrect items. There was no reference number or offer to pay for the return shipment (as promised in their Terms & Conditions).
After a bit of research, I notified them that the address provided did not exist and asked for an explanation and correction. I also included a copy of their Terms & Condition for returns that stated that they would incur the cost of returns if photographic proof of their mistake was provided. That last communication went completely ignored and I am out more than $60 for two items of absolutely no value to me.
Do not, DO NOT risk your hard earned dollars on items free m Performance Gym Wear. They are far from reputable/ethical and their “Customer Service” is nonexistent.

Size and shape is totally off. Bad textiles and low quality all around.

And you have to take pictures and struggle really hard to get refund/new sizes.

Worst item ever! Not sold as described. Item poorly made. Only sweat that's going to get is the shop it was made in. 3-5 days delivery ended up being 10 days... stay away from these crooks!!!

I ordered two 3X shirts based on my normal sizing and description in the pic. They came in today and the sizing is NOWHERE NEAR what I ordered. Says 3X but fits like a medium to large. I’m 6’ tall and the length barely reaches my navel. A complete waste of time and money!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The website presents as a profesional company with quality products. The items are shipped from China and are extremely poor quality. I returned the items straight the way and had to pay a large postage fee. The items are stuck in customs and the company does not care. There was no pre warning that to send the items back you were posting to China at great expense. The customer service is terrible and they put the blame on the customer every step of the way.

There response to this review shows exactly how poor the company is. Before buying read their returns policy. It states nowhere that you have to pay a huge return fee as they are based in China. I have shared all details on the return to the company as well as images and tracking details.

I think the company needs to read through all this of the terrible reviews on here, many which have the same pattern of complaint. Poor quality goods that we have received by trusting a website that presents better than the company is.

Trading standards have been contacted to protect other consumers. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

Size was nowhere near what I ordered. Asked for an address to replace the item and they sent me an address in China (or the option of 50% off a new purchase). Then when I said that was not good enough they asked me how they found make it better, and I gave them some options to which they have completely ignored.

Scam company with no morals whatsoever, and they masquerade as British when they are not.

Size of shirt is not according to their size table.
Shirt is WAY too short.
Fabric is not cotton as stated but some sort of mix of unnatural elastic fiber.
Sleeves are way longer than in pictures. Shirt has horrable form, No response on complaints.
Overall VERY disapointing, I will never order here again. Be warned!!!

Just thought I would jump back on again write another review. This company is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I have asked for a full refund for all my items and I would send the it’s back once I have got my full refund. First reply I got was to send the items back at my expense and they would give me 50% off another purchase 😂😂😂😂. Not a chance. The company is just a scam website that’s preys on people and then don’t interact with the company when they find out the clothing is absolutely s*#t!!!!! No refund at all and the company have not responded to my last two emails in regards to a refund. I hope this review now prompts them to contact me and give me a full refund because I really don’t mind posted a really crappy review every week until I get my refund in full. Let’s see if the email me to send me my refund eh!!! 👍👍

The quality of the three delivered products is poor.
T-Shirt very simple cotton quality, really not a sports shirt quality. Poor finish and quality of sports shorts.
It only looks good in the photos on Facebook.

The proposed quality is not achieved at all.

Returning is also pointless apparently, money is not refunded, no solution after months....

Update
After many e-mails I finally got my money back. It did cost me the shipping costs to China. It was especially a challenge not to give up and to keep sending emails.

It was a wise lesson, be careful with online purchases.

De kwaliteit van de drie geleverde producten is slecht. T-shirt zeer eenvoudige katoenkwaliteit, echt geen sportshirtkwaliteit. Slechte afwerking en kwaliteit van sportshorts.
Alleen op de foto's op Facebook ziet het er goed uit.

De voorgestelde kwaliteit wordt helemaal niet bereikt.

Terugsturen is ook zinloos blijkbaar, geld wordt niet teruggestort, na maanden nog geen oplossing....

na heel veel mails heb ik eindelijk wel mijn geld terug gekregen. Heeft mij wel de verzendkosten naar China gekost. Het was vooral een uitdaging om niet op te geven en e-mails te blijven sturen.

Het was een wijze les, pas op met online aankopen.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Brutal customer service after receiving two t-shirts, the same size fit, that were drastically different in cut. One was way too big and the other was too small. On top of this, the one that was way too big was a compression t-shirt, so it is like they comically reversed the sizes to make them both as incorrect as possible.

When attempting to return these two items, they are now making me jump through hoops. Asking for pictures of me wearing the items, holding a tape measure and trying to prove to them that it is a production error, not a customer "lying" about why they want to return. (even though I am keeping the other items they sent....)

This is the first, and last time I click an ad on Facebook and purchase something. You know a company is a SCAM when they don't outright stand behind their product, no matter what the reason for return or exchange might be. Never mind when the items don’t fit and are now completely useless.

I ordered 2 t-shirts that were delivered to the wrong address. I emailed them and informed them i was then told my goods were at the post office and too call them. Goods were delivered elsewhere by Evri i informed them by email and got the below response.
Can you provide the street name and house number? This address range is too large and EVRI cannot deliver to specific addresses
Another email today telling me that i have to proof the clothing was not delivered, when it is the senders responsibility .

i am out of pocket and have not received any goods DO NOT USE this company

Scam site… size was waaaay of. Can’t return without I pay for the refund myself. Would never have anyone buy from this Chinese scam market… 1star (could go lower). Worst experience ever!

Update: they say I ordered the wrong size.My son on 12y can’t even fit the length of the shirts… we have measurements in this world, where a Large is Large(maybe it will go 1 size in either direction, but when your large is a size S or less.. then you have the wrong product in your shop. YOU KNOW THIS, just look at the other TP experiences people have had. I will let everyone know how bad your product and support is. Shame on you!
