I was very happy with a trip I purchased for this coming December 2026 from Miami to Santa Marta, Colombia; everything looked perfect back in March when I bought the round-trip ticket through this agency. In June, I received a message stating that the flight itinerary had changed—a change that didn't work for me. I contacted them, and they told me they would refund the ticket, but that still hasn't happened; I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the refund, but I get no response. I just want to warn others to be careful with this agency because they keep your money.

Unprofessional and Archaic
I purchased the ticket slightly less expensive than Porter…I entered my name as usual. However, Budgetair messed up my names putting my last name as my first name. I was at the check in counter and I had to call Budget to fix the name. The agent said that they can’t do anything for less than 48 hours….This is ridiculous and unprofessional! Budgetair messed up my name and did not fix it! Finally Porter agent had to fix it and it took 10 minutes…Not 2 days!!
