Booking process is super easy. Price is very competitive, generally the cheapest. Received e ticket almost immediately. I've used Budgetair many times and haven't ever had a problem.

I had a very disappointing experience booking through Budgetair.
When I purchased my tickets, there was no clear or prominent notice that the fares were non-changeable and non-refundable. At the same time, I paid extra for their premium service package $20p.p., which stated that admin fees would be waived in case of changes or cancellations. This gave me the impression that I would at least have some flexibility if needed. However, when I received the tickets after 24 hours, I discovered that they were completely non-changeable and non-refundable. This was not made sufficiently clear during the booking process. I contacted customer service immediately, but their response has been repetitive and unhelpful—they simply state that both the ticket and the service package are non-refundable, without addressing the lack of transparency upfront.

This feels misleading and frustrating, especially since I paid extra for a service that turned out to offer no real benefit in this situation.

This experience has significantly reduced my trust in Budgetair. I strongly recommend that future customers carefully review all fare conditions before purchasing—and that Budgetair improve the clarity of their booking process.

The plane was smaller than i was used to but both trips were calm, on time, and staff were friendly.

Your virtual platform for selling and meeting passenger needs is a terrible system. Not only will I not buy tickets from you again. I will also tell others not to come to you. It is so complicated and the travel information including ticket numbers and passenger details is incomplete and inadequate that it only wastes time. Fix yourself.
