Do not book here.
In my opinion this booking site is a scam. I have booked three tickets separately in the last 6 months. Two out of three had one letter added to the end of my middle name and they wanted to charge me $165 to fix one letter. The first time the airline fixed it for free and I figurd just being a fluke. The second ticket was fine. The third one had the exact same letter added. I always use autofill. That means that everything that I use autofill should have the same misspelling. The lady on the phone even told me that the system must have automatically added the letter that's the only thing they can come up with. But they still want to charge me $165 to fix it. I will not buy another ticket from this site I do not care how cheap the tickets are. I will make sure everyone I know knows that this site is a scam. Don't try to save a few extra dollars just pay a little bit more and book through a different site.

Questionable quality of care
Im 6ft 4in (194cm) and I require extra legroom especially on a long-haul flight from Toronto, ON to Hong Kong, SAR (+16hr flight).
BudgetAir technical issue resulted in the failure of the system to reserve my seating... this was annoying but honestly not a big deal.
Biggest issue was that BudgetAir had improperly filled out the contact information which blocked me from making any payments or adjustments to the seating manually. Now I have to wait for them to correct this with PAL (Philippine Airlines) before I can book my seat.
If they can correct this, i'd be more than happy to change my rating.
