Don’t use budgetair
Don’t use budgetair. My flight on Porter was cancelled, Porter refunded budgetair and budgetair didn’t automatically refund me and now that I submitted two refund requests they are telling me it’s not eligible for refund. Total scam.

When an airline cancels a flight, refunds are not automatically transferred to travel agencies. Following your request, we officially submitted your refund claim to Porter Airlines on August 4th and are currently awaiting their authorization and release of funds.

I am regretting to choose these "Budget Air" portal for my upcoming trips.I selected and paid one flight ,get confirmation for different flight which is lower priced one. And customer care is irresponsible and trying to escape from the questions.They do not have any intention to sort out the issue. ITS A SCAM PORTAL.NOT WORTH.SPAM.

What a Wonderful Difference
I tried to book the almost exact same flight with another company and it was one issue after another. They posted one amount of money and kept trying to switch me to a different flight that cost $265 more. With your company I got online, within 2 minutes plugged in all the information put in my credit card and immediately I had a confirmation number. No bait and switch no having to call a health number no receiving five or six help emails. Just a quick efficient ticket came with your company.

First they took our money right away sent an email confirmation that our luggage was secured, a couple hours before the flight they said they had a technical issue and could not process and a refund would happen 5-6 days even though we did it 5/6 days before the flight. Please don’t be cheap and use a better airline so you don’t go thru these issues.

Booking pages aren't clear. The service person is unprofessional!…
Your booking page isn't clear when there are multiple airlines involved in a trip. When booking a return- trip from Vancouver to Yellowknife, I selected Premium standard for including luggages but E-tickets included luggages only for the in-bound (returning) trip!!!
Also,
When calling for the help, the service lady had very bad attitude. She was unprofessional and not helpful at all!

During peak periods or when airlines make schedule updates, receiving the final ticket number can take up to 96 hours.
