It was quite simple to make the booking & pay, and the price was competitive. I had issues afterwards trying to log into the airlines websites to add baggage however after trying to troubleshoot myself, with no luck, it was soon sorted by email correspondence with their help centre.
Asked to change flight and they wouldn’t 🤷♀️
Checked their website the flight i wanted had 7 seats left, but guess what, just not applicable to me so yeah, this is really what frustrated me.
Surely a $600 flight on your website and you send me a $2600 one to change to was just utmost disrespect, but what do i know? I just know next time i’m taking my booking elsewhere. Could have been treated slightly better for someone who purchased 3 flight tickets in one go. Just sayin

[UPDATE]: BudgetAir.com.au has posted the exact same copy-paste template here as they did on my other review. Once again, they are trying to shift the blame to the airline and offering to "discuss the situation." There is nothing left to discuss. The airline has already confirmed the holdup is entirely on BudgetAir's end. I will not accept more stall tactics. The bank chargeback is actively moving forward, and this review will stay up until the money is fully returned to my account
I have been waiting over 11 weeks for a refund on booking BAU-10560668. BudgetAir keeps blaming the airline, while the airline tells me the matter rests entirely with BudgetAir. Because of this endless finger-pointing, I have officially lodged a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank for 'Services Not Provided'. If BudgetAir wants to resolve this before the bank forces the reversal and applies merchant dispute fees, I suggest an escalation manager contacts me to process the refund immediately

I booked a flight and paid more to be able to access support and help. I then found out I had to book seats, baggage and change things through the airlines not with budget air. I have spent an extra $200 on bags. When I called up to try to change or even cancel my flight as this process annoyed me so much and felt like a waste of money as booking with the airline with bags included was now a lot cheaper I was met with a lot of attitude by customer service, who seemed to not care about my experience or the fact I would not be using this website again. Not only that but no advice or help or support (which I paid for) was offered. I wouldn’t recommend this service at all. Just use trip.com and don’t get ripped off.

Easy access through booking is what we all like, not complicated

they are good to be honest and they help you to do the booking so fast whatever the price they show on the ad it is the same when you do the booking as well. That’s what I love it was so nice to do my tickets because as compared to other website the price was so affordable and my booking was done like within five minutes .

I would like to share the very disappointing experience I had during my first—and certainly my last—time using BudgetAir’s services.
I booked my airline tickets through BudgetAir and later added two checked bags: one under my name and one under my wife’s name.
Due to an emergency, I had to return earlier than planned. I contacted customer service to request a change to my return flight date. My request was flatly denied, and no alternative or solution was offered.
I then asked if the checked bag registered under my name could at least be transferred to another passenger traveling under the same booking reference. Once again, I was told this was impossible and that the other passenger would have to purchase a new checked bag.
I can understand that my flight ticket could not be changed because I had purchased a Basic fare. However, refusing to transfer a checked bag that has already been paid for between passengers on the same reservation is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable.
This experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, BudgetAir’s customer service is poor, inflexible, and shows little interest in finding solutions for its customers. I would not recommend this company, and I will not be using its services again.
