I paid an extra $84 for ticket flexibility, had an unavoidable visa issue, and asked for a refund within 12 hours. They denied it, saying it's not a "covered circumstance." Taking money for flexibility and giving zero support is an absolute scam. Unacceptable behavior from a brand.

The worst customer experience you can ever have...avoid booking with this company
they have cancelled our ticket by mistake and wouldn't fix the issue or compensate us in any way... and on top of that the refund took around 3 months.

Made a booking and in 30 seconds was advised that my seats could not be allocated and to try to allocate seats on Airline direct website. It was impossible as booking number was not the Airline direct booking number.
Out of $$158 Charged, I was advised that return will be $21 and the rest would be fees applied. Is this a way how you guys earn money by ripping people off??

The issue happened because the specific seat requested was no longer showing as available on the airline's live seat map for one of the passengers. Because the seat could not be secured, the amount charged for that specific seat option has already been fully processed for a refund.
