Do not book with them
Accidentally paid for the wrong trip because I was looking for flights on different tabs. I called them within 10min of seeing what I did and the wouldn’t refund me or help switch my flight without over half of what I already paid. It was 900 and they said I would get 186 refunded and lose the rest and to rebook would be an extra 600
And response to your reply, I totally understand that, but I definitely don’t recommend anyone to use your website for that reason I have booked with plenty of other people and if I ever made a mistake, they were more than happy to help me which was way less expensive than what you guys were offering. I know it happens and I know I had to pay something but from your website you overcharge people.

This website is sketch af. There's no way to contact anyone if you have any issues. I booked my itinerary through two different airlines. I never received an email about check in or details. Turns out, budget air made the account for each airline under some spam emails and random phone numbers not mine. So it was impossible to contact anyone to change it and impossible to access my own reservations!! it just felt like a scheme to steal my money and identity. I will NOT be using this site ever again

The worst company it’s essentially a scam they take your money and don’t give tickets … don’t bother trying to get a refund either it’s not happening. I booked a flight for later that day they never sent the tickets until the following day 20 hours after the flight …. No returns no customer service it’s a scam never again
