The mobile website UI is so messed up

The mobile website UI is so messed up. It didn't show the correct flight time and layover at all. I booked the long flight and even worse, your agent refuse to help me.

Zero Stars

I would give BudgetAir zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT book with this company.

Their customer service staff have been rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. I have been trying to receive a travel credit that BudgetAir previously promised me, but I have still not received it. When I asked to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, Sudheendra repeatedly refused my request multiple times. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the company continues to make excuses and create unnecessary obstacles.

If BudgetAir refuses to honour the credit it promised, it is essentially keeping my money without providing the service or value I paid for. At that point, they are robbing their clients.

I will not be providing personal information in a public forum. I recommend that you review and respond to your clients’ emails and complaints directly, rather than only reaching out publicly in an attempt to make your company appear responsive.

The customer service has been horrible…

The customer service has been horrible I have been waiting back for an email from customer service after i was made to pay for my ticket at the gate after already paying online!

They said I need to get a letter from the airline confirming the claim and provided me call reference number and an email to message. I after waiting for the confirmation from the Flight. I sent them an email back... no response... no response for 3 months now. I am owed money and im considering legal action.

To confirm: Your booking was successfully made and confirmed in the airline's system under the same unique reference shared in your E-Ticket and we have now emailed you the GST copy from the airline's website for the inbound flight concerned. Your booking with us was valid.
The additional amount charged at the gate was collected by the airline directly, and any refund of that sum will need to be claimed with the airline, as it falls outside our booking service. We've shared the confirming documents to support your claim with them.

First Time

This was the first time I used BudgetAir and I was tempted to use one of the more familiar companies. But I’m glad I gave it a go. The booking process was very smooth. Their page is clear and well organized and their price was the best. So far I am very impressed!

Easy Booking - Lots of extra charges

The booking process was fairly easy once all of your information was in place.The only downside was all of the add ons kept increasing the price. But still worth while as it was about $300 less than booking directly with the airline.

The paid seats are only offered if you have a preference for a certain seat and you want to make sure its not taken before checkin. If there is zero star rating option I…

If there is zero star rating option I will choose it. The customer service is very unprofessional, they just want to got as much money as possible when you cancel. The representative who I talked to to cancel asked my to call the airline to get approval for fully refund. I called the airlines they told me they will refund the total amount and I ask for confirmation they said budget air should contact them not the customer, when I called back budget air the representative said he needs an email from them!!!!! I explained everything he was still asking me to get the approval instead of helping me canceling. It was the worst experience I had in my entire life. They charged me the cancellation fees 110$ and what I paid $23 extra for Flight Delay Compensation Service (AirHelp+)which is not refundable and I did not got any help. I don’t recommend the website to anyone, I canceled after two hours due to a family emergency and I explained that to them. My father passed away and I had to go through all these procedures to not getting back the full refund in the end whoever the airline themselves told me they won’t charge any amount!! Budget Air is money hungry company who provide the cheapest prices when you choose them you will see hidden charges with no benefit. I hope my review save some people from booking flights through them.
