Ive had my Brummstadt Headunit in my Evo 9 wagon for about 5 or so months now and im really impressed with the quality and features that are included in the 9" headunit.

But one thing thats impressed me even more than the unit itself is the actual aftercare. Specifically from Tommy in my instance, following up to see how the unit is performing. Not only that, when I brought up questions regarding functions, and trying to get ontop of a few teething issues, etc, Tommy was on the case straight away to resolve anything being discussed.

I can very happily and confidently recommend this unit, Tommy and the Amazing Brummstadt team for their product and customer service.

the email process is to long. in finding information to help solve the problem. more than 5 days the second time it was in the workshop to sort problem. if you could have faced timed me the problem would have been much quicker. we could have worked through the process on screen. i have delt with other companys with similar product with similar faults. sorted problem in 2 days with face time and helpfull install videos.
staff was most helpfull but the process is to slow.
the customer was with out hs vehicle for a total of ten days.
aned i lost money as i had quoted on the install.total time quoted 4 hours. i lost at least 8 hours labour trying to sort out the fault.

The system I purchased is of great quality and the after purchase assistance and support was fantasic.

I recently purchased a TPSM unit and was a bit confused in setting it up so I contacted the technical support team for assistance. As usual their support team member Tommy responded very quickly and sent me YouTube instructions of how to set it up. It immediately resolved my issue. Very impressed with the team.

My experience was exceptional.The headunit for my 2018 Prado VX which I purchased on the 29/12/2025 fitted perfectly.It looks better than the factory Toyota original.The backup service provided by Patrick was second to none.I only had a couple of small issues which were quite frankly my lack of understanding with certain features.But Patrick was able to guide me through them with ease.Many thanks to the Brummstadt team.Love my new unit and would highly reccomend them.

Head unit is exactly what I ever wanted it to be had a tech issue with the Mike but Tommy from brummstadt had the issue fixed over email within this hour!

What a team, what a company! With a few hiccups along the way, we officially have a great setup with our screen and reverse camera. The team were not only great in problem solving but communicating back and forth multiple times.

Had a couple of problems getting the head unit to work. Kevin and the team at Brummstadt were extremely prompt (even on public holidays)and very helpful with working through the issues and solving any problems.

Two really important things:
1. The android head unit from Brummstadt is functional and effective. Previously had one from another supplier which was laggy but I'm here to say that the unit from Brummstadt is entirely different. Faster, no lag during phone calls, in short better by a mile. So, not all android head units are created equal. You definitely need the Brummstadt unit, it is a step above.
2. After sales service and support is outstanding. Very quick response to all emails and great communicators!
Without doubt, if you want a good experience from start to finish, you need to buy from these folks.

Staff were prompt to answer any questions I had, as well as ensuring I would purchase a product that I would be satisfied with. The product arrived quickly and the installation straight forward with some support from the staff via email in order to help me through a couple of questions.

I would happily recommend Brummstadt to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle's head unit.

Terrific unit for the Triton, contacted the team a number of times to sort out some connections to rear camera etc, the team of Tommy, Kevin and Patrick were patient and knowledgeable, solved all my issues and I'm very pleased with the installation.
Couldn't recommend more highly.

Although there was some research and trial and error involved in the install, Tommy's professionalism and ongoing reliable assistance cannot be understated.

The team offered helpful insights throughout the install and did not give up trying to assist even though my car has a unique setup from the factory that required more complex wiring.

For anyone looking to get their system through Brummstadt, I would say it is worth it for the communication alone. The team really did make me feel that if I couldn't not figure it out, they would work to get me a solution.

I waited a few weeks to leave this review to ensure the system had no issues - so far it has been amazing with no issues to report.

Tommy has been very helpful with fixing problems with the CarPlay feature in my headunit and I am very satisfied with his professionalism and courtesy towards me as well as resolving any issues asap.

My experience was the help I received from Patrick to help me through my problems with CarPlay. Your manual was no help for me. Pictures displayed did not correspond to what I was seeing on the screen. Going online to YouTube compounded my problems as none of them match what I wanted. Most videos were from Americans whose head units were installed by the car manufacturer. But through Patrick’s help I managed to get things working. One problem was connecting my iPhone to CarPlay. To do so I needed my iPhone to get a signal. I’m in a blind spot living in rural Australia. I thought my iPhone used Bluetooth to connect. I had to drive to town to receive a signal. Now I’m connected. Patrick also helped me with setting up the reverse camera where an image of my car was on the screen and no guide lines. I didn’t see anything in the manual that would help me. So many thanks to Patrick for his help and patience.

Installed basic head unit into 2011 RAV4 and I am very impressed with how the unit looks and it features. We only wanted basic features such as phone, maps and spotify and this does more than we expected with good performance speed. A slight start up time but once its going it is fantastic. Correspondence with tech suport was prompt and in the end entirely my fault otherwise contact would not need to be made for install.

Fantastic after service, Had a problem that was resolved with good communisation from Kevin and the team

Have had my head unit in for over a year now, works great. Had updated apple IOS and stoppped having apple CarPlay work but the team were prompt in replying to my issue and their steps resolved it quickly

Great customer service, prompt response and clear instructions

Purchased a head unit for a 2017 Ford Ranger. When we tried to install it ourselves, we discovered some cables were missing. I contacted Tommy over the Christmas period and he responded straight away, even on Christmas Day, which was exceptional customer service.
Tommy organised the missing cables to be sent out and they arrived promptly. We still had a few issues once the extra cables arrived, but again Tommy was quick to respond, and once we got it all sorted, the unit itself is fantastic.
Really impressed with the support and follow-up. Would highly recommend based on the customer service alone.
