Firstly there customer service was excellent. Tommy in particular was fantastic with a couple of little issues I had and he sorted them all out very quickly with ultra fast responses to everything. The unit install went very well (once again Tommy was great with his offers of assistance) and the unit itself is excellent and works perfectly. I can only speak for the Mazda CX5 model unit but It is an impressive piece of kit and I highly recommend it.

Great support and direction throughout the install. We had the cameras wrong and Kevin assisted us to resolve this easily. Also the steering controls didnt work but Kevin noticed a plug not being connected. With his support we have a fully functional system.

Had some minor complications during the instalment and set up process but Kevin and Tommy were exceptionally helpful with guides and replacement parts

Brummstadt have been excellent to deal with from the moment I first ordered my head unit from them. They have provided helpful and timely advice and support at every turn. The unit I purchased and installed in my Pajero worked great for over a year and when an unexpected fault did occur help was only an email away.
Patrick J. from the service team helped me diagnose the fault via a few emails and thorough troubleshooting questions and then organised for the required replacement parts to be sent to resolve the issue.
All in all I’ve had a very positive experience with this company and product.

Support was able to help me maintain using the factory reversing camera

I installed one 3 years ago into my 2013 Kluger Grande, an easy DIY, (even for a retiree in his 70s), came with everything including new fascia so it looks factory built-in where the old head was, and a wiring harness to connect the steering wheel control buttons.
Having its own SIM means I don't need to connect my phone for Waze or Spotify so I don't need Android Auto running on my phone.
When parked I can watch YouTube, TV news or anything that I can watch or listen or do on my phone.
Phone calls are made and answered with steering wheel buttons which are duplicated on the screen for a passenger to use. I can use it for calls via my phone's number, or via a different number through the SIM, picking up my contacts via my cloud account along with all my apps, including weather radar so I can see if there's anything nasty ahead.
So it's like having an Android tablet built into the dash, not sitting on top like an afterthought found in new cars today.

Patrick was very welcoming and helped my auto electrician when help was needed installing my new system in my car. I also had a question and emailed Patrick who replied very quickly how to fix my problem which was appreciative as I am not very tech savvy. Overall love my new system. A very Happy customer. When I needed some assistance during installation their support technician got back to me very quickly with relevant and correct advice. I believe I can contact them at time should an issue arise.

Was very happy with the support provided by the Brummstadt team (particularly Patrick) in ordering and installing the replacement Radio Head unit.

I needed some assistance from Brummstadt Tech support. Installation was all fine, but after a power up problem was identified, Kevin at Brummstadt was excellent in helping me resolve the issue. He was fast in replying, and after some verification, he arranged a replacement screen straight away. After swapping in the new screen, which was a quick 10 min job, it works flawlessly. I am very happy with the wireless Carplay, and built in functions. Top quality sound, customisable EQ. Hi-res screen is Brilliant. Thanks Brummstadt, and especially Kevin for the superb service.

Brummstadt has been super helpful throughout the entire experience with purchasing and installing my headunit. I boughtit for my 2010 outback and it's a fantastic upgrade. I have had some issues getting it fitted but the team sent me a new wiring harness and that fixed it. I would also like to add that I recently encountered connection and buffering issues. Months after purchase, but I sent an email and Tommy got back to me instantly with a solution. Fantastic team and fantastic product.

Honesty the unit arrived within 3 days of ordering, which I was NOT expecting, Unboxed it, looked a little bit daunting I won’t lie….. but once you open it all up. It’s 100% plug and play, can’t mix any of the plugs up.
Only thing I needed to “wire up” was a reverse singnal for my reverse camera. Which was fitted previously, and worked with this setup perfectly, didn’t need to buy another camera or run more cables which I was stoked with!

We purchased a new head unit from Brummstad fir my 2016 Isuzu MUX. It took some time to install as there were different plug ins to decider. In response we asked for support from the Brummstad techs and low and behold the unit has been fitted by my husband. Admittedly we did need help in the end but Patrick J was more than accommodating. It took me time to adjust to the changes but like anything new it's a work in progress. We appreciated Patrick's attention to detail very much and we can't thank him enough.

Easy install had a little issue which Kevin resolved for me straight away very happy

Had an issue with reverse camera supplied not display at correct resolution.
Patrick had the issue diagnosed quickly and a new camera was sent which resolved the problem.
Patrick communicated well with me providing timely updates on the progress.

You know once Patrick is on the job he will see it through.

Super happy with my new aftermarket head unit. It looks good, works well. Communication was top tier, Kevin is great to deal with! Lots of information regarding compatibility; quick, helpful and detailed responses. Nothing seemed to be a hassle. Highly recommended if you are needing a new head unit etc. It's best if you also provide plenty of photos and info on your car beforehand too - that way Kevin and the rest of the team at Brummstadt can make sure you are getting exactly what you need. 10/10
