Nice but needs improvements
Helpful seeing pictures of item on model at different angles and knowing what size model is wearing.
Wish there was a better exchange process and more notification on when an item goes on sale or is about to run out of stock.
There should be more shipping options and free shipping over a $150 order. It seems crazy to spend so much money but still not get free shipping.

Browns- one of my favorite retailers
One of my favorite online retailers. Good pictures of products, fast delivery and amazing Browns packaging (box and a dustbag if you choose a gift packaging). Once had an experience of returning an order and it went extremely smooth as well. Recommend anyone to shop at the store and if able, visit their physical locations too, the one in London is just stunning and gives you a unique luxury shopping experience.
