Horrible experience.
I ordered a dress from this site on the 15th of May and paid for express shipping. 6 days later my order still wasn’t shipped. I called and asked for my order to be cancelled.
My order was cancelled 4 days ago and up until now I haven’t received a confirmation of refund. I have called over 4 times and I keep hearing the same silly excuses. Please refund my money. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a fraudulent experience.
How can you cancel my order and hold on to my money?

Wrong product delivered,waiting on decision for refund
Ordered 19-69 rainbow bar perfume fir my wife's birthday but wrong perfume was delivered even though packaging showed the right product. Raised issue by email with photos, but no response until I called the customer services. After 3 working days they are still looking into the return process and refund as they don't accept returns on perfume. No further help despite several follow up calls and emails. I had to get actual perfume from another store for my wife's birthday and still no word on when I'll get a refund for their mistake, even though I'm well with rights of my consumer rights on distance selling.

I have been shopping online at Browns now for the past few years and have been extremely impressed with the spectrum of designers, the prices and the quality of service. More recently, I have been connected with a personal shopper who has helped me find items of interest. Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting the Brown's Brook Street store and meet with Ermes, my personal shopper, in person. The visit far, far exceeded my already high expections. So welcoming, non- forced and carefully curated clothes. Ermes and all at Browns went far out of their way to make the experience memorable. The items I purchased were exceptional, fit, quality and uniqueness.
