Customer service was more than helpful. I bought a bikini that was a bit too small, even though they don't take returns, they immediately sent me a GC for the amount of the bikini AND let me keep the suit, fortunately the top works great!

I bought the Freya Flashdance Blue bikini, I was so excited and curious to receive it. When it arrived I couldn't help but notice the quality of the material, excellent! Perfect seams, soft and durable material. Unfortunately I got the wrong sizes of both pieces. So I wrote to the customer service to ask for an exchange and I can say with certainty that in addition to the high quality of the products, the assistance was also so efficient, kind and helpful. Highly recommend

I had reached out to make a return/exchange for a different pair of bottoms, and they responded swiftly and told me to keep the pair, and as a complimentary gift, they sent me the bottoms I wanted to exchange for at no charge. Their reasoning was to reduce their carbon footprint, which I thought was amazing, and I absolutely love and appreciate that message and their kind gesture. This was my first time ordering from Bright, and I will definitely be back! Adele was amazing; she is who I chatted with via email.

Great personal accompaniment! They helped me amazingly. The delivery was very fast and great. The quality is very good as well. I’m very satisfied and would recommend this brand to everyone.

I just recent bought from them for the first time, the quality and sizing was amazing; but I was asking to exchange one of my suits for another strictly based on the fact I didn’t find that colour suited me, and wanted to get a different one. Customer service returned my email in a couple of days (was over the weekend) and sent me the suit that I wanted to exchange within a couple hours of my response. They even let me keep the suit was trying to exchange to reduce the carbon footprint and to show their customer service. 10/10!

I had a great experience with Bright Swimwear. I genuinely liked all of the pieces I ordered, but a few came down to personal sizing and style preferences rather than any issue with quality.

Anna was incredibly helpful throughout the exchange process, going back and forth with me to find the best solution and making everything very easy. In the end, Bright Swimwear even told me not to worry about returning the original items as part of their effort to reduce their carbon footprint, which I thought was both thoughtful and refreshingly customer-focused.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service for Bright Swimwear. I reached out to request an exchange for a different size for a bikini top I ordered. I was connected with Anna Johansson and she kindly informed me that the new size I was requesting was out of stock. She let me know what my options were, one of which being to pick a different style top. I took some time and picked out a new one from the same collection. Because of my previous sizing issues, I asked Anna what she recommended size-wise to me in this new style. She clearly closely listened to every factor I included about my usual sizing and what was not right about the original size I ordered and suggested a size for me based on everything I told her! She then also let me know that I could keep both pieces and that I did not have to send the original back. She not only assisted with pushing the order through, but she helped me figure out what would work best for me. She was respectful, so kind, so pleasant, and really made my Bright Swimwear experience great. Super impressed!

Absolutely amazing. I wanted to exchange and all I had to do was email once. So nice, ordered my new product for me, and told me not to bother returning the other product. Answered within 1 business day. Great customer service and great product overall.
