Great customer service they got back to me fast and were very helpful. My girls love their bathing suits!

Extremely disappointing customer service.

I've never experienced such a poor return and exchange process. The company refuses to refund unused items and only offers store credit, which is frustrating enough. However, what makes the experience even worse is the incredibly slow customer service.

Because it takes so long to receive a response, the items I want to exchange for keep selling out before my request is processed. As a result, the exchange policy becomes almost impossible to use in practice.

It feels like the company is happy to keep customers' money while refusing to issue refunds for unused products, leaving customers with very limited options. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not shop here again based on the level of customer service and the way returns and exchanges are handled.

Color is not the same at all and sizing is completely wrong. Got size L as per sizing chart and it is way too big. Also material feels cheap and color is completely different from site. Do not reccommend bright swim.

I love this brand!!! Returned my medium tops for large because there was less fabric in triangle top than expected but customer service was super helpful and had quick responses. Highly recommend. Quality is 10/10

I ordered two sets from bright swimwear and figured out. I accidentally ordered one wrong top(I wanted a different style). I requested for an exchange, thinking I would send the top back to get the right one. They were super generous and sent out the new top right away, but also let me keep the top in a different style. I extremely recommend this Bikini brand they are incredible, I have never found bottoms that fit so well!!

Customer service was more than helpful. I bought a bikini that was a bit too small, even though they don't take returns, they immediately sent me a GC for the amount of the bikini AND let me keep the suit, fortunately the top works great!

I bought the Freya Flashdance Blue bikini, I was so excited and curious to receive it. When it arrived I couldn't help but notice the quality of the material, excellent! Perfect seams, soft and durable material. Unfortunately I got the wrong sizes of both pieces. So I wrote to the customer service to ask for an exchange and I can say with certainty that in addition to the high quality of the products, the assistance was also so efficient, kind and helpful. Highly recommend

I had reached out to make a return/exchange for a different pair of bottoms, and they responded swiftly and told me to keep the pair, and as a complimentary gift, they sent me the bottoms I wanted to exchange for at no charge. Their reasoning was to reduce their carbon footprint, which I thought was amazing, and I absolutely love and appreciate that message and their kind gesture. This was my first time ordering from Bright, and I will definitely be back! Adele was amazing; she is who I chatted with via email.
