simply ripped off for the last time there is only a couple of Bridgestone service centers all over Australia that i won't go back to but my last experience with kalgoorlie has sealed the deal after 35+ years of loyalty & thousands of tires enough is enough

My husband took our car into get service at Golden Grove store Adelaide..never again. They didn't even balance the tyres, they said they where worn out..pfft I dont think so. Evwe since we got the car back. It's making a noise when you excelerate ..they where also going to charge 60 something dollars for a air filter..ww got one for 40 and did it ourselves.. never going back .ripped off..what did they service 😳 id like to also had today i checked my tyres.and 41psi Instead 34 psi.seriously did yous put that much air in the tyres.its not a truck or bike.i would like a refund please.

Happy with service except some of the dashboard settings had been changed requiring me to change back to original settings.

Staff were extremely lovely especially the lady at the front, I can’t remember her name but overall was such a nice experience compared to what I have had before. Tyres are great and no issues at all!

Amazing service from Dillon and colleagues at Bridgestone (Mayfield NSW) who couldn’t have been more helpful when I took a tyre in for repair on my hire vehicle.
We also discovered a fault with the tail gate catch which the team diagnosed and found a temporary fix for so that I could get on with my road-trip.
Top marks for friendly helpful service.

I recently visited Bridgestone Tyres Cranbourne to get new tyres fitted on my car, and the service was excellent. The staff were professional and friendly, and they completed the fitting quickly and efficiently. My car drives much smoother now, and the tyres feel great on the road. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and service — definitely recommending them to others in the area!

Took my car in for regular service, just to get it back with oil leaking bad and was told it needed a new oil pressure sensor. Only to find out whoever serviced my car stuffed up the dipstick barrel which where the bad leak was from! Never going their again, lesson learnt.
