Booked my car in at Springfield Orion…
Booked my car in at Springfield Orion for 4 new tires and alignment at 1:00pm. Was told give them a couple of hours and it’ll be ready. 3:00pm I returned after waiting at the shopping center for 2 hours to find they were just taking my old tires off the car. I asked what was going on and was questioned if I received a call about a delay, which I hadn’t. Finally got my car back at 4:10pm. They gave me the alignment for free but all the hype about “Bridgestone Benefits” and what they do while changing your tires certainly didn’t happen in my case.
First time going through Bridgestone and it will be my last. Disappointing service

Booked for new tyres online
Booked to have 4 new tyres online and set a time. On arrival, I had no issues and tyres were in stock ready to go. As it was a wet day, I stayed in the showroom and waited. It took a little bit longer than I expected but was happy with the experience. Better still, the tyres feel great and have had no issues with them.
i had damaged my front left bumper
i had damaged my front left bumper, it was hanging odd a bit, bracket/ screws had broken off, and my local service mechanic couldn't fix it, i was recommended by a friend to go to Bridgestone Tyre and Auto Nundah as she had been happy with their service. i rang ahead and they offered to look at it, brought it in and they fixed it within an hour. very happy with their level of service. Great bunch of blokes happy to help you out any way they can, highly recommend.

I’m giving this rating because I felt misled and disappointed. I purchased 4 tires through the Uber app and the service description indicated that everything was included, such as alignment and balancing. However, when I arrived for the service, the staff told me those services were not included and charged me an additional $80. They only offered a $20 discount, which did not resolve the issue. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
Terrible on Bridgerton's part.

I rang Bridgestone Magill 579 Magill Rd, which is RAA approved, to enquire about a front right tyre, with a slow leak as a result of a nail, that needed fixing. The person on the phone said if they could repair it, it would be $60.00 or alternatively they could give me a quote for tyres. I took my car in. They rang me later to say the tyre could not be repaired and gave me a quote for $124.00 per tyre which would be fine for my run around car and I agreed to purchase two at a cost of $248. I told the guy what time I would need to pick the car up to go to a meeting in the city and he said that would be fine and to turn up at the allocated time.
I turned up and noticed that a yellow rimmed tyre was on the left front side of my car. The nail was in the right front side of the car. I asked in the office what had happened and I was told that after taking the tyre off they had realised they did not have the right size tyres for my car. The yellow rimmed tyre was the spare from my boot. I asked why they had put the spare tyre on the left front and was not able to be given a satisfactory explanation. When I got home later and opened the boot of my car I saw that they had chucked my shopping bags back in there under the carpet without placing the back carpet down properly.
In a phone call later that day, as I tried to clarify what had happened to my car, a person offered to provide a discount for the “stuff around”. I asked how much and he said $150.00. l clarified "for both tyres". He said “no per tyre they are normally $175 each”. I said I had been quoted $124 and he told me those tyres would not fit my car. I asked to speak to the manager and the person I was speaking to told me he was the manager. I agreed to bring the car back and buy the $150.00 tyres as long as he would guarantee me that they had the tyres before I brought the car back.
He rang the next night and told me they had ordered the tyres and they would be in the next day. The next day I took my car in. I received a phone call at 4:00 that day (a Friday) to tell me the manager had ordered the wrong tyres but he couldn’t ring me because he had to go home. The person talking to me was the wheel aligner. He had asked to look at my original tyre, removed the nail, inspected it and tested it and said it was fine. There would be no charge. He said they would make it up to me next time. I collected my car.
The following Monday I sent a request via their computer to have something in writing about what they had done. I phoned on the Thursday and requested it again. I found the following Monday, held on for 5 minutes, and then hung up. I phoned on the Tuesday and the manager said he would e-mail something. I phoned on the Thursday, got the wheel aligner again and he arranged to have something emailed to me, which he did. He reminded me that they would make it up to me next time. I have no complaints about the wheel aligner who seems to be the only capable person who works here. However, I will not use this company again and I recommend no one else goes near them.

The team at Bridgestone Edwardstown spent a significant amount of time removing a wheel with a suspected puncture only to find that it was a crack in the rim. They fitted the spare and told me where I could get it fixed.
For all of that time spent helping me, the charge was NIL - yes NIL!
I told them I would recommend them to everyone I know and that I will use only them any time I need tyres.
You will not be disappointed with this crew.
