Agent was efficient and courteous. She diagnosed the problem and placed my parts order and added another item that I requested. I appreciated the secure way of payment process allowing me to pay online vs repeating verbally credit card information over the phone.
The parts arrived within 3 days (despite the 7 - 10 business day expectation that I was given).
