Thanks for your review. We do show that an email was sent to you June 1st, requesting troubleshooting/information, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Our system automatically closes cases with no incoming response after a few weeks. We’ll be happy to resend that to you momentarily to get your case moving forward again.

the customer service lady that I spoke…

the customer service lady that I spoke with listened to me and very promptly set about fixing the issue by arranging a replacement pan.
No fuss no argument, the lady just looked after her customer in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
