The steam wand tip cleaning tool was not included with my espresso machine. Breville’s service was very helpful and nice on the phone. Breville will be sending me one soon at no charge.

I received an absolutely ridiculous response to my enquiry which demonstrated and confirmed that my enquiry was not actually read. When I tried to further communicate, I was ignored. When I opened a second enquiry, it was cancelled as a duplication. The mechanics of your support hub defy logic. When I called customer service on June 24, I heard a message that you were closed due to the holiday. I have no knowledge of any holiday. When I tried to contact via the chat, I was quite far away in the queue and quit.
