Cannot rave enough how amazing my experience was with Breville Customer Service! The rep walked through trouble shooting my machine, determined it was broken and provided me a return label. Shortly after dropping off at UPS I received an email the new machine had shipped!

Missing accessory

The steam wand tip cleaning tool was not included with my espresso machine. Breville’s service was very helpful and nice on the phone. Breville will be sending me one soon at no charge.

I received an absolutely ridiculous…

I received an absolutely ridiculous response to my enquiry which demonstrated and confirmed that my enquiry was not actually read. When I tried to further communicate, I was ignored. When I opened a second enquiry, it was cancelled as a duplication. The mechanics of your support hub defy logic. When I called customer service on June 24, I heard a message that you were closed due to the holiday. I have no knowledge of any holiday. When I tried to contact via the chat, I was quite far away in the queue and quit.

Exceptional customer service. Breville worked with me on an issue I was having with my drip coffee maker and helped me resolve it all together. When you’re a customer of Breville, they make you feel like you matter and will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. Customer for life!
