He gave me time to look over the car and waited until I was finished before asking my thoughts. Bought from these having not seen the car or heard of them so was very nervous and cautious especially given some of the reviews I’d read and was parting with nearly £50k
They collected me promptly from the airport and took me to the dealership which, on first impressions looks a bit ropey tbh. However cars great, service was good. Upon the long drive home the ‘air freshener’ wore off and the overpowering stench of a smokers car took over. I ended up getting it fully valeted internally and also bought a Halfords odour smoke bomb which has helped. They were good enough to go halves on the detailers £100 invoice which was good. Detailer did also point out to me the amount of mud under the wheel arches so hadn’t been fully cleaned, and also it’s had a small bonnet re spray ( hopefully just for stone chips) and some overspray on headlights which was surprising given the car is just 18 months old and only 5k
Overall I’m happy and the car spec is what I wanted.
Maybe a little more attention to detail is needed but nobody’s perfect.

The experience buying was smooth with no issues.
There were no pushy sales like you receive with bigger named dealers. We also received a 6 month guarentee for piece of mind.

Just purchased an A3 from Mark and it was the best experience of buying a car I’ve ever had. Car came fully serviced and MOT and Mark was so helpful throughout the full process. The car is in amazing condition would 100% recommend friends and family to buy from braidwood.

We had been looking for a Jaguar E Pace for quite a while and saw one advertised at Braidwood Motor Company, we phoned up and spoke to Mark about the car and he told us about it , we arranged to travel down on the Saturday to view the car and it was exactly as he described it, within a couple of hours Mark had everything in hand and the car was ready to be driven home , we had a slight issue with a dash board warning light coming on and again Mark told us to book it in at our local Jaguar dealer and Braidwood would pick up the bill , all in all I would have no problem buying another car from them as it’s good to know that you can trust them .

Got my car today (a day earlier than expected) and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was smooth and easy, with great communication the entire time. I was even helped out to find a cheaper finace rate on my car which was appreciated. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a top of the range cars and excellent services throughout.

Just collected our 2020 Discovery Sport, bought many cars in my time but never had service like Mark provides, excellent and a 6 month warranty.

I purchased a car from Braidwood in December. Sadly, as cars sometimes do, it developed two faults which Braidwood Motors could not have known about at time of purchase and was after the sale.
Great service is often more important when things go wrong rather than when things go right.
Braidwood Motors fixed all issues quickly, on time and always as promised.
Much better service than bigger dealerships with a personal touch.
I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

AVOID! bought my car in part x didnt change the v5 over and have been fined for no insurance or tax which i told the garage to change it. AVOID!

Great experience with Mark. I didn’t want to travel to see the car, and Mark was happy to send lots of videos, inside and out. He also arranged the car to be transported to me once we did a deal. The car was spot on, as described. It all couldn’t have been easier.
