Unfortunately the piece of timber was collected by my daughter and when I saw that my dogs disabled back leg is straighter, I was gutted but just bit the bullet and planed it down into something useable . Very disappointed .

Excellent service and communication re delivery time.
Fortunately I am a fit and active 70yr old, able to assist in offloading the delivery. It would be helpful if communication pointed out delivery would be by a single person, so assistance may be required with larger items. Not an issue for me, but could be for others.

Dear Ms Clemmans,
Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review.
We value all feedback we receive from our customers.
I am happy to see that the service and communication you received from us was excellent.
In regards to the single person delivery and possible assistance being required, I will pass this on to the relevant department for appropriate changes to be made so that this is clear to all of our customers.
Thank you again,
Kind Regards,
Charlotte from Customer Services

Really good service
Really good service. Prompt delivery and the driver went above and beyond by helping my daughter move it into the garage as it was raining.
Only criticism is that I bought 16 lengths of CLS and 4 of them had significant splits that have made a large portion of the product not fit for purpose.
Perhaps a little more care in chosing the wood for delivery may be needed.
