Too big, always ordered the same

I ordered the "same" hernia belt now 3 times, it has always fit. I ordered it for Christmas (the same size and belt) it fell off it was so big. They wanted us to send it back, really? it's been in a groin? Not. I had to re-order a new one, again, with on exchange.

Live Chat

I had to contact the Live Chat twice. Didn't answer questions I had. When you say, How can I help you, give the person some time to ask question. Don't leave them right away. May cause customer to go somewhere else.

Over all my online experience was good

Over all my online experience was good. I only have one issue with Braceplanet, the website said my order qualified for free shipping within the USA, however, I was still charged for shipping - I live in Iowa. Other than that, everything else was great. I have been looking for a knee brace for my two year old son, which is difficult because he is so small. I was grateful Braceplanet had such a wide variety of products and in sizes small enough even for my son.

Finally found what I need to try!

I haven't received the item yet, but this is the first site I actually found something for the location of my hernia! I am a female colostomy patient so I need the right side, and left side not tight. This looks as if I could make it work. I can sew if needed, so I would rather order something I can adjust if necessary. No one else came even close! My hernia is completely painless and goes in when I lay down. I just want a little support.

Terrible experience

I should have read Company reviews before ordering! If I had I wouldn't be in this predicament!
