If you are thinking of getting a boiler fitted I can't recommend this company enough. Everything went like clock work, the installer's were fantastic no mess at all and done so quickly.
Be very careful before placing an order
As soon as I found out this company is part of Homeserve I was nervous. Homeserve are the company who get in lots of trouble for mis-selling insurance a number of years agao and the sharp selling techniques still appear very much in place. Having placed and order and paid a deposit I changed my mind 24 hours later and as is my right under the 14 day cooling off period I requested a cancellation. Trying to get a cancellation is so difficult they keep stating that they will inform their technical team who will be in touch to discuss further and won't do the cancellation there and then as they should under the consumer protection act. In the end I had to threaten lodging a complaint with the FCA and they said they would cancel. Today I get an email from customer services with exactly the same spiel and I am now not sure they have cancelled the order as they stated. I was so nervous about their practices that I have downloaded the chat transcript i ncase they still ahven't cancelled my order.I would urge real caution with this company as I find their processes very concerning when trying to cancel within your statutory rights

Awful company for after care
Awful company for after care , called as are boiler which was only fitted in September had just stopped working , reported fault straight away took them 6 days to come out after us phoning and emailing them every day , left us with no hot water for 6 days with 2 small children , engineer finally came out apparently fixed it yet same thing happened 4 days later , have repeatedly called and emailed company again yet had no response just making excuses time and time again so once again been without hot water now for 4 days and not once have they contacted us we have had to call them every single time
As of now we have no clue if or when anyone is going to come out as they just don’t communicate with anyone
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever had and personally I would avoid this company at all costs

We had our boiler serviced by BOXT on 23 June. We've had no problems with the boiler in 6 years but suddenly after this years service it has developed a fault. Waiting for an engineer to come and fix it!

The online booking and callback service was seamless.
The timeframes for install day were outlined to me ahead of time and great comms along the way.
Installation day Andy came to install air con, he was fantastic. I would highly recommend him.
The only part of the process I am not pleased with is the day after.
I was advised an electrician would come to do the final wiring. I have not been advised a time, I requested this morning and they said the engineer would text me. They haven’t, the Boxt customer service told me it’s an all day appt so they could not advise a time or provide a contact number. None of this was advised on previous comms had I been aware there was an all day wait I would have planned for this. A real shame given the booking and actual install were fantastic only for the minor details to complete job have left me in all honestly unsure if I would use again.
It is now middle of afternoon and still not contact either so job is still not completed.
Boiler installation
Niranjan. The installer for my new boiler was on time, explained what was going to happen. As he was working throughout the day kept me informed about progress and any hickups he cave across. He was working as clean as he possibly could. Excellent job well done. Did all the paperwork so really i had nothing to do except help when he requested me to.
Boxt service
A very straight forward procedure from start to finish. Kept well informed threw out the service situation ,from initial booking to service completion.
