System to Combi boiler conversion
The quotation and booking process were relatively simple, which was most welcome. The price was very fair. The communication from Boxt itself was reassuringly good.
Although might I suggest that it may useful to provide details of Boxt back office representatives details to customers; as I doubt I am alone in being reluctant to answer unknown telephone numbers.
Everything happened as planned, in accord with the timetable. Delivery of boiler, etc., was seamless and punctual.
Phil and Devon, the installers, were exceptional, very industrious, unfailingly polite, extremely tidy, acutely safety conscious, usefully informative and I would use them again without hesitation.
