Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

The only reason I placed this order and paid over £5,000 in full was because the installation was advertised as being available the following week.

After I paid, I received an email confirming an installation for 26–27 July, only to receive an automated email shortly afterwards moving it to 26–28 August – a delay of an entire month.

If the company knew it couldn’t deliver within the original timeframe, that should have been made clear before taking full payment. Customers shouldn’t be expected to pay thousands of pounds upfront only to find out later that the installation has been significantly delayed.

Following this, I requested to cancel the order and was advised that a full refund would be processed.

My advice to the company is simple: be transparent about installation lead times and don’t take full payment unless you’re able to meet the timescales you’ve promised. It would save customers a lot of frustration and help build trust.

Poor all round

Poor all round, debris left after visit no clearing up, was suppose flush chemical into rads didn't happen, I'm appealing to the finance house and BOXT for compensation, poor show guys

Full installation experience

Leading up to my installation I received clear communication on everything. On the day our boiler was delivered prior to the installer arriving. The fitter was very competent and worked in a clean and tidy manner. On completion of the work the fitter was very informative with his instructions on how to use the system.

Boiler service by BOXT As always BOXT company and its…

As always BOXT company and its employees are always super reliable and efficient.
They make contact and then follow up with reminders and messages or calls informing of the estimated time of arrival.
The engineer today like previous engineers was professional, smart and extremely helpful. He did exactly what he said he would do and he was respectful whilst I was dealing with an elderly parent whilst he was trying to communicate with me.

Needed a new boiler

Needed a new boiler, Had 3 quotes for the same boiler, The first one was nearly £4000 the 2nd one just short of £3000, Boxt fitted it for £2650, great discount, I shouldn't off even looked anywhere else, Boxt is just different gravy when it comes to Boilers.

The boiler fitters turn up on time they were respectful of our property place dust clouths on the area,s they were working. They were very skilled at there job .they explain the operation of the boiler to me. So thankyou once again for a job well done

An excellent service from the moment I ordered. Easy instructions on what to provide where and when and calls from an agent to discuss access requirements and position of existing equipment, and a call from the expert installer to inform me of arrival time and what to expect. A great service throughout.
