Terrible customer service. I returned an item that was tracked through the post office, received and signed for by boxraw on 5th January. After multiple emails, they KEEP telling me they never received the item even after I've provided the proof that they did receive it !............. With the cost of the item and return shipping ($56AU), I have now paid over $200 for an item that I dont have and was purchased as a Christmas Gift!!!!.......................NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL..... AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Customer service is terrible

The shirt fit perfectly. The site has everything a boxer need from the gear to the equipment. Boxraw knows what a boxer needs and makes sure they have it for known boxers or boxers that are just starting out. I ordered again and I can’t wait to receive it. Thanks BOXRAW

Good customer service. I had to exchange a few items for a different size and the support team helped me get the proper items and sizes. When an item was not in stock in the size requested they helped sort that out for me as well.

Boxraw quality is superb; I still have the first shorts I ever purchased from them, and they look new (even after a great deal of strenuous use by this recreational heavyweight). I have also received excellent customer service, particularly from Erb and Joey, who helped me sort out a shipping issue (my fault). I'll continue to shop here and to recommend their products.
