CeCe Winans, MN State Fair
The event itself was awesome. I had placed 2 separate ticket orders. I received the first order a few weeks before the event. The second order I received about 24 hours prior to the event, which made me a bit nervous because if something had gone wrong or I if I didn't receive them in time, it was on a holiday weekend and I wondered what kind of suppport would I get if I needed it...Anyway, everything worked out fine.

Too difficult to find my Tickets. Had to go Box Office @ the Stadium and have them Text Message Tickets to my phone.
This should be the normal process. I shouldn't have to sign on to MLB.com find my password or create a new password to many HOOPS !!!!

I bought tickets for a 6:05 game and received an email confirming. The tickets I received were for a game starting at 12:05. Unfortunately I did not notice until it was too late. Your site sold tickets for a game that didn't exist.

I initially purchased Indiana Fever…
I initially purchased Indiana Fever tickets with a specific location in the State Farm Arena.
BOTH events I had a seating change which they claim was comparable... Maybe as far as the price was concerned but not the experience. I initially had seats behind the bench of the Fever. BOTH times I was moved to behind the basket!
I want the seats I selected & paid for!

A $37. Ticket ended up costing me $80 with your ad on fees.

Box Office Ticket Sales is a horrible company. They are thieves. I travelled from another country to attend a concert, the concert got canceled an hour before the concert was supposed to happen. It got rescheduled for almost 2 weeks later and they would not refund my money. They said that I have the choice to travel back, like hotels and travel costs and work schedules are not a factor. Horrible costumer service and no accountability.

It was a beautiful evening at Wrigley, until…
What a beautiful evening at Wrigley! We Love watching volleyball! And what a great concept… volleyball at Wrigley Field!
What we didn’t love was the fact that the games were continually being delayed due to condensation on the court! Didn’t the engineers/planners think of this?!?!
We had arrived at Wrigley around 4:30 and walked around. Sat down at 5:30 to watch the first game at 6pm. It ran longer due to drying the court! They even had to remove a floor emblem!!!
We only lasted for part of the first set in the second game (Nebraska). It got so late, we had to leave just after 10:00 and they were still having to dry the court!
Only saw a few minutes of Nebraska play and sat in hard seats for over 4.5 hours with no end in sight! What started out as a fantastic evening, turned into a disappointing and expensive night!
