Needed help getting tickets on phone . Called and I was helped . The help was excellent . At the venue , someone was sold my seat at box office an hour before show . Person paid less than what I paid . Venue was not filled so seats were available . We didn’t move but my seat was sold twice !

Terrible experience. Confusing. After finally understanding that I needed the MLBapp, my tickets never ended up there, even after multiple chats. I finally just got them from the Saints Box Office. From now on, I’ll just simply call the Saints directly for tickets.

Last Minute Decision Trip
My daughter and I drove three and a half hours to take in a good ole fashioned baseball game at the Great American Ballpark in Cincy. We had tossed around the idea of going for a few days but only made a final decision upon waking up the morning of so I got online and found two great seats reasonably priced and bought them. I was apprehensive about leaving for the long drive until I received the tickets via email due to past experiences from other outlets waiting until literally an hour before the event to accept the purchase but by the time we stopped for breakfast along the way they were sent and confirmed! The ordering process was easy and fast. Definitely last minute decision trip worthy!
