From purchasing the tickets at a good price, to the parking, eating lunch at Tobacco Road, and watching a great game where the Durham Bulls won, it was a fantastic experience. So easy, making the day even more special.

The concert was great! The seating was not.

The company kept me informed throughout the ticket purchase, receiving the tickets, etc. When I had a question, I emailed the company and received a prompt reply that answered my question. Throughout the whole process, I noted courtesy and professinalism.

Great experience received tickets on my phone and scanned at gate no problems.

I didn’t get my tickets on the date promised and so I had to call to find out what happened and they said it was the location that canceled but no communication tome and they couldn’t help find any other tickets to resolve there blunder, soiasked for refund and had to get tickets through another source and I got the tickets immediately. I will never use Boxoffice again and tell all my friends and family how horrible they are.

Our tickets were much higher that standard fee and we were in the last row of the theater. Terrible!

Really great performance by both artists

Enjoyed the concert, do not like the electronic delivery of tickets. I don't ue my phone in that manner and I don't like carring phone with me. It is my phone and used only as a phone.

The show was awesome, I will never buy ticket from a second or third vendor again , my mistake this time but never again .tickets were cheaper straight from the vendor I spent three times more ,so no a total scam and definitely a rip off

The concert was PHENOMENAL! The problem was, the website did not emphasize that this concert was standing room only on the main floor. I purchased tickets in the premium deck because the site did not say that section was standing room only.

I had an issue receiving a ticket and got the run around. After 3 emails and 2 calls lasting 30-45 minutes my issue was resolved.

I am a senior citizen and found getting my tickets on my phone a real hassle.

Steve Winwood and John Fogerty were both excellent, but there were two things that totally ruined the experience. First, it was nearly impossible to breathe because so many people were smoking weed, incosiderately affecting all the people around them, especially from the intermission and afterwards. If Jones Beach has a non-smoking policy in place, it needs to be enforced because people with asthmatic or other respiratory conditions are being harmed, and anyone who wants to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze simply CAN NOT. The other issue is that the volume was consistently above 95 decibels through the entire second half of the concert and we were all the way back in Section 202. I think the venue will be encountering lawsuits at some point due to the hearing loss such prolonged high-decibel volume causes. I feel bad for the people who are sitting closer to the speakers because they will eventually realize that their hearing is being harmed. It is such a beautiful venue and it is truly a shame that these two issues are allowed to continue concert after concert. We have already decided that we can no longer buy tickets only to suffer, and that is very disappoinging because we love Jones Beach and we love music.

Last night at the Brooklyn Paramount, a powerhouse lineup delivered an absolutely excellent, high-octane night of music. From the stellar opening acts to the legendary headliners, it was a flawless showcase of punk rock history and energy, all set against one of the most breathtaking backdrops in the city.
