We understand that you were not aware of that you had an unpaid bill that was not settled when you cancelled your subscription. Since you agreed to the terms and conditions when you registered, you are obligated to pay for the renewal since you cancelled the subscription after the renewal. You have not either been in contact with us, even though we sent you several reminders of the payment.

Clearly a fraud
Clearly a fraud! They offer 4 days access for 9 kr, after that they charged me 349 kr for subscription. I normally read all the information carefully before I pay something, but it was almost impossible to see the warning about the subscription at the payment page, as it was placed on the second line written with very small letters. After a long discussion by email with them and mentioning the police, I was able to get my money back. After that they were trying to talk me into changing my review, and even reported it to Trustpilot. However, a fraud is a fraud, it was clearly their intention to make you miss the information that they will charge your account. Otherwise, it would be stated more clearly.

This website is a BIG SCAM!
This website is a big scam! It takes people’s hard earned money which is so heartless and unacceptable. They are deceiving people by saying that it will only cost 9SEK but then you will just be surprised one day that you have been deducted for 349SEK because of the useless subscription you made. I always look high at Sweden as a country but this instance that happened to me made me think otherwise!

Yet Another Scam site, half of the listings are fake / not available.
Poor Customer Service.
They make their money off people forgetting to deactivate the account within 2 days and automaticly gets charged a huge sum compared to what you paid for the first 2 days.
Typical scam service, Stay away from this site and dont give them your credit card information.

Classical sneaky scam
I've paid 9sek for the subscription which is reasonable, but I was very close to miss the information that was written in the email that after 4 days they will charge you additional 350sek and the subscription will be automatically renewed every month. That's a very sneaky trick that they will do to you so please be careful with that.
I wasted several ours of searching apartments and when you find something interesting and try to contact the landlord, they will just transfer you to bostad.blocket.se and you will find out that the rental apartment doesn't exists (or already rented).
There is no feature to filter the apartments by the renting period, you have to waste a lot of time to open every each of them and find out that they are renting them for a few months only.

First things first – let’s save others from the trap! Potential subscribers, READ the very LIGHT GREY fine print at the bottom of the flashy green button.
While 9kr is a fair and reasonable fee to contact a property owner, your account will ALSO BE DEBITED BY 349KR PER MONTH (yes, you read right!!), starting 4 days later. While 1 month’s withdrawal took place (of which my bank is investigating), I thank my lucky stars that this would have gone unnoticed for months.
Statistically, manipulative portrayal of information and/or advertising has only made customers angry and weakened brand value (something which costs much more to repair). Looks cheap and puts the company to shame!

I thought it looked sketchy right from the start, but because my husband was very adamant that we should try it I thought that 9 SEK for the first 4 days wasn’t that much, and that we could just unsubscribe in time. But I had another thing coming…
About 1,5 hours later I got a message from my bank saying, that they had blocked my card because there had been a suspicious transaction - from a storage company in Germany! I’m 100% sure that this site has shared my card information when I paid for those first 4 days. At least I won’t have any other withdrawals from this site either.

Stay away from this company
I was wondering how such companies still continue working in Sweden. They have really ambiguous terms and conditions and took 349 SEK out of your pocket after four days for crappy service and a list of outdated houses you can find by a simple google search. I even don't know why they don't respect 14 days of withdrawal right when you buy something online. I will file a formal complaint against this company, not for 349 SEK, but to prove that they need to respect the customers' rights.
I sent them several emails asking for a refund after immediate cancelation, but no answer, be aware and stay away from this company.

The information and listings on the site is severally outdated.
* There's listings for rental apartments that dates 3-4 years back.
* There's listings for apartments where the owner of said apartments have either lost their license or been ordered by the authorities to be shutdown due to being unsafe.
* There's listings for apartments where the owner has stopped renting out years ago.
* There's listings that have been copy-pasted from unreputable/dead websites.
* The contact info on some listings are incorrect.
My recommendation: Save yourself some time and money and use google and find a better site, one that actually list up to date listings.
