After spending almost 6 hours on the…

After spending almost 6 hours on the Internet to find a good deal for my car insurance, managed to get a good price for my car insurance through Boom.

The whole process was smooth and efficient. I like the app as well with all the documents handy. Well done.

They were soo good

They were soo good, i accidentally enter wrong date of my UK arrival while proceeding it, Boom send me an email about that, than i have send them all the proofs instead of cancellation the wait for my response and cover me after reviewing it! Really appreciated 🙌

Great outcome

I am so impressed with how Suraksha handled my complaint at Boom. She was empathetic, quick to act, and turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. Highly recommend this business, largely thanks to her. If you have any complaints email their complaints dept direct rather than support because it will be dealt with more quickly.

It's the little things that make a difference

Extra little protections that I wasn't actually aware of when accepting the policy, such as protection against lost/stolen keys with an incentivised keyring which rewards anybody who finds and hands in lost keys
