DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! I requested for my home address to be changed and they was requesting an additional £123.19 when I only had 5 months left of my annual insurance with them. As I disputed the amount (I did not refuse to pay) they then cancelled my policy without my acceptance. They takes weeks to respond to your emails and there is no contact number to speak with them. They also have took my Direct Debit yesterday which covered me for the next month, however cancelled my policy so I have paid for a month of insurance which i cannot use and there is no one I can dispute this with other than via email and they take well over a week to respond. I highly would not recommend this company! I have been trying to speak to someone via their live chat for the last 4 hours but keep getting kicked out after 30 minutes, I’ve never known it to be so frustrating to get hold a company!

They were soo good
They were soo good, i accidentally enter wrong date of my UK arrival while proceeding it, Boom send me an email about that, than i have send them all the proofs instead of cancellation the wait for my response and cover me after reviewing it! Really appreciated 🙌
