Bad customer service
Unfortunately ive had to cancel my policy because the engine in my car has packed in and I have to scrap it. I have been trying for the last week to cancel it but the AI bot live chat would just tell me it was too busy try again later. I've finally got through today and cancelled my policy, ive had a payment of £90 come out that I was hoping to avoid. I've also been told ive been charged a cancellation fee of £75 and will only get a refund of £63.09.
I dont think this is fair considering I have no choice but to cancel my policy.
I then used the contact number to make a complaint and I was told to send an email so I also dont see the point in the contact number.
I will not be returning as a customer in the futur and definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone else.
You cant get through to a human and if you do they send you elsewhere. I think I was just poorly treated and dont feel like the company actually care they just want money

Customer Service Terrible
I cannot get through to them at all on the live chat. There is no phone number. If you want to change your policy the price hikes extortionately and you cannot contact them to cancel it

What an awful company
What an awful company had to do a change of vehicle 3 months in and i couldn't do it on the app!! Tried to speak to someone online and waited in a queue for over an hour and got booted tried again and kept getting that they were busy. Had to buy temporary cover over the weekend because why would they be working!! Cost me a further £60!!
Monday morning straight back in the queue to be kicked only by chance I found a complaint phone number who managed to get someone to call me back and even then despite having to pay for extra insurance wanted to charge more
Awful company awful customer service awful app !! I dread should I have an accident.
Avoid!! Go with a company who actually has a phone number and want to help

Boom never respond and when they do they seem to never have any idea how to answer the question its always we'll contact you. My vehicle was damaged i was send to deal with 3 3rd party companies to get it repaired and no company seemed to have knowledge of anything about the rest of the claim.
Its great and cheap if you never have an accident, but if you do they are awful.

Boom's customer service is not great
Boom's customer service is not great. I emailed them on the 13th May to discuss changing my car and they asked for my details which I sent immediately. As at now, I haven't heard back from them.
