A smooth experience for renting and buying books

The website and app are easy to use, instructions are clear, expected shipping dates were accurate and quicker than I expected. Finding books by using the ISBN search was easy using both manual entry and bar code scanning. Overall, I have had a satisfying experience with BooksRun!

Really good service. Very pleased with the book which arrived very promptly. Was a bit worried about ordering from the USA but arrived in Uk in a matter of days.

Minor cosmetic fuss, otherwise fine.

Everything was in order and it came as arrived, but whoever put the Booksrun sticker on the bottom placed it in such a way that removing it tore off part of the cover.

I had a blue marker to re-add color, but it is permanently marred. This book is hard to find but I wish I had noticed the sticker was so resilient and would rip away a piece of the cover.

The book is otherwise in very excellent condition.

Great prices and service!

I ordered a textbook from BooksRun that was difficult to find and $175.00 and more on other sites. I paid ~$67.00 on BooksRun and was concerned I was never going to get my book, or it would be damaged in some way. Instead, I received the shipment quickly and the book is in PERFECT condition and is exactly what I ordered. I'm not sure how they can sell the book for less than half what I'd pay elsewhere but I am so happy I found their site. Thank you BooksRun!!!!!!!!

Condition BELOW what was stated

The book I ordered was stated as in "Very Good" condition. The book had gotten wet and the top quarter of the entire book was wrinkled. I would assume "Very Good" would shows minor signs of gentle wear, but this book should have been categorized as "Acceptable". If you are ordering books from here as gifts, BEWARE.

Good experience, wish I could change email

Book arrived in perfect condition. Ordering instructions were clear. I only wish I could change my email address after ordering. I used my main email address for school, and after ordering I was spammed with many emails.
