Absolutely great product
Absolutely great product, an excellent selection of sweets and the classic box was generously filled. The only reason why I have deducted a star is because they use Hermes as their courier of choice which is enough to put me off ordering in the first place, as their service is never not lacking.

I'm sorry to hear that you're not in favour of Hermes, our courier. We took into consideration all the factors such as reliability and cost when choosing a courier, and whilst there are horror stories on them all, Hermes won dramatically on price which meant we were able to pass these savings onto our customers. We have also found them to be fast and reliable 99% of the time which we consider a huge achievement, but we're aware that some local drivers don't always provide the best service. Other couriers were at least double the price in many cases and we were cautious not to pass these high costs onto our customers. We will continue to review the performance of Hermes, and please do let us know if there are ever any issues which we will be glad to rectify.
We really appreciate the time you took to give us feedback, and thank you for being such a great customer.

Christmas presents.
I bought some of the Classic boxes for my boys for Christmas, they went down an absolute treat, in fact I was envious to see all of my childhood faves and I didn't get a the chance to have even one, they were eaten so quickly! The sevice and delivery was amazing and the product was a Christmas scene stealer, thank you Joe and Kalem, will definitely be ordering again. (Maybe one for myself next time!)
