Easter treat
I ordered the cake bouquet also some Easter biscuits for a Easter treat it did not disappoint myself and my family said how delicious they all were, I used the special code and had 25% off also a tub of free sweets the grandchildren loved them the service was fantastic free delivery and the lady that brought them was very nice with a big smile thank you will definitely be ordering more items from here 😋

Cupcake bouquets
Good communication but no timeframe for delivery was problematic. Cupcakes had sunk during transit but we were able to re-set before gifting them. Cupcakes were also very small but tasted great.

Mother’s Day Cake bouquet was lovely,
But the cake pops were abit undercooked inside and they weren’t very neatly decorated and looked nothing like the picture had lots of chocolate hanging off the sides, no sprinkles etc, so we didn’t eat those sadly which was a shame as was a gift :(

We’re sorry to hear you weren’t 100% happy, and definitely want all of our products to be enjoyed.
We do state on all items, that decorations may vary, as we are not able to be exact as we hand bake and decorate everything.
The Cakesickles wouldn’t have been undercooked - as this is thoroughly checked, but they are mixed with buttercream to make them easier to eat, which may have given the texture you experienced.
If you had contacted us directly we would have definitely put it right however!
