Very good communication

Easy website.

I can not say enough good things about Bolt. I was looking to go on weught loss medication, but was not sure which one would suit me best. They have a range of different ones and I was then able to make an informed decision. The entire process was vwry straight forward and I got a decision in just over a day. I was please to recieve information from them regarding another medication I take from them advising me of what I need to do to take the weight loss medicatiin safely. Their team were very helpful throughout and the app they provide is very handy. The medication was delievered promptly and packaged very well.

So ordered one thing, and then found out over three months, they have taken funds every month for the same item.
Trying to get hold of them is useless! as you never get an answer! trying to recover funds through the bank now!

Shocking! Delivered my medication to the wrong address (god knows where) states my neighbour but isn't my neighbour. Now out of pocket by over £200 and no medication. AVOID THIS PHARMACY

They are now saying because it was delivered somewhere it's up to me to contact the police and find the parcel!

Constant AI generated responses is insulting!

I paid for a product £239 from this company and they have a duty to deliver said product to me (the person that placed the order) if they can't fulfill the order the should refund so I can order from a decent honest pharmacy.

Because I had deliver to neighbour at number 14 if not in turned on, apparently it doesn't matter which number they delivered to (not me or 14) Bolt say its my problem. As I consumer I have the right to either have what I paid for or have a refund.... a fact that Bolt are refusing. No medication and £239 they have from me for the pleasure of causing me stress and upset

I started on Mounjaro five weeks ago and in this time I’ve lost almost 1 stone in weight, 12lbs to be precise. I like the fact that Mounjaro has massively reduced my cravings for food especially when I wasn’t even hungry. The ‘food noise’ has almost completely gone. Hunger isn’t really a thing anymore and I’m happier with much smaller portions. My aim is to lose another 20lbs and then maintain that weight, I’ll use Mounjaro to help establish what I need to maintain my goal weight and then come off it with the knowledge of what I need to do. Being on the ‘fat jab’ is nothing to be ashamed of, it’s simply a tool to help you lose weight and achieve your goals.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and this company. smooth and easy to work with..very professional and has helped me through my journey..any issues ive had has been sorted with a response very promptly and any worries i have was handled great with no hesitation.

If you decide to use Bolt Pharmacy be careful that you do not inadvertently subscribe as I did.
My first prescription went well. I went through a process to ensure the drug was safe for me to use and it was delivered quickly. The second time was not so good. My prescription was not delivered. Royal Mail said it was not correctly addressed and returned it to sender. I had to wait for Bolt to receive it back from Royal Mail and they then resent it. Rather than a few days it took almost two weeks and in the meantime I had to use another provider.
I decided not to use Bolt again but money was taken from my account for a third prescription that I had not asked for and was not expecting.
To be fair Bolt sorted it out very quickly but I was not happy that the third prescription was provided without a check in with me to make sure that my health status had not changed and it was still safe for me to take the drug. I thought it was unethical and potentially dangerous.

Really good prices, delivered well in time for use and the online app is easy to use, the weight tracker is easy to track your progress
When it’s time to increase dosage you have a full review to make sure you’re ready.

Does what it says it will .. good company who care for their customers.. happy with service, product & service.

Customer service excellent, all questions I've asked have been answered promptly and thoroughly, delivered on time when stated,glad it used them.
