Poor awful service!

If I could score this pharmacy less then I would. Cheap prices means awful service quite clearly to them. I joined their 3 month subscription plan for GLP1 medication and first order no issues straight forward as can be. Come to the second month of ordering they took my money and I had to contact them 10 days later querying my delivery, they was quick to respond via WhatsApp and resolve and had my medication with 2 days of this query. Not great but resolved all the same. Come to this month my friend had used my referral code, we both received the discounts as stated and when I ordered my next jab the discount was available for me to use and so I processed my order accordingly. I’ve checked my bank this morning they’ve took full amount and when I’ve queried have said they’ll defer until next month, not really acceptable considering this is the 2nd time I’ve had issues and what is the point in referral codes if they won’t be used at the time of sale?! They come back saying actually the referral code wasn’t ready for use as it takes 7 days after my friends delivery to come into use. My friend had her delivery 2 weeks ago and has started her medication so that’s a load of lies too. If the discount code wasn’t available then why was it waiting on my account to use without any small print stating otherwise. I am still in the process of sorting this and have forewarned them of this post but please be advised to look elsewhere as I’m sorry I joined these.

Dreadful customer service

Tried to arrange an earlier delivery of a recurring order with several weeks' notice to accommodate holiday dates and prevent a medication gap. Despite many assurances that this was being transferred to the team, escalated to the team, urgently reviewed etc, absolutely nothing has been done and I am now about to go away without any medication.
Don't bother using the WhatsApp customer service function - it's just inept AI.

Appalling

Appalling. They've taken 2 unauthorised payments (I unsubscribed, didn't check in, didn't order but they still took £179 on 2 occasions) plus despatched a faulty pen which took 3 weeks to rectify (and a LOT of hassle & disruption to my medication regime). Avoid.

Jesse has been the most helpful person…

Jesse has been the most helpful person from the beginning, I had a little trouble but she has managed to sort it and been so understanding and has been like just talking to a friend. I couldn’t recommend enough ☺️

Shocking customer service experience

Shocking customer service experience.
My scheduled delivery was returned for no given reason. When following up on the status of my delivery I had to call three times whereby I was told it would be followed up… not one time did someone return my call.
When asking for escalation, not once was I able to speak to the orders team or anyone else. Still not resolved, nor given solution. Ultimately Bokt have taken £175 from my account with no treatment received nor solution or timeframe of when this will be delivered or sorted. Shocking service
