as a new customer. I was offered the opportunity to bring home some samples to choose from. That made it very easy to choose the best match for my home. I really liked the wide range of fabrics and especially from their latest collection.

Little frustrating experience
Got an offer for a leather sofa which we liked. Unfortunately, They mixed up the leather quality so the price became more expensive afterwards and we had to cancel the order eventhough we have paid. Furthermore, we would expect free delivery such for a high value order.

Super nice and smooth customer service
Super nice and smooth customer service and great knowledge of interior design by the staff at the store at Stortorget in Malmö.
Ordered a marble table, larger wool rug and cushions in different colors and fabrics. Delivery worked perfectly.
However, a marble table from the manufacturer / factory abroad was incorrectly assembled at an angle at the top. I assume that Bolia will take the table back and send me a brand new one correctly assembled this time. This alone lowers the rating to 4 stars, otherwise 5.

Product arrived damaged. Feeble construction
Ordered the pendant leaves light. It arrived damaged with a broken shade on one of the lights. We thought we would just see if we could still make it work, then when we try to mount it the plastic screw which holds the cable in place on one side of the base basically just slides out.
The product is pretty much useless now and a waste of money. Tried to call for a refund or exchange they asked for us to send in a claim, which also might take a while as they’re understaffed at the moment. Overall a very frustrating experience from the get go for a pricey product.
