Not once have I received my order from
Bolia without hassle. Wrong sofa, which was fixed in a shoddy way for which I got a gift card which barely covets the cost of a cushion cover at the store. Then, wrong chair was delivered. We ordered a new one , got a delivery date of a few weeks but now has been extended to months. It’s strike 3 for Bolia. I will never be ordering from them again.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, both in-store and with the delivery service (who even took back the cardboard boxes so they could be recycled). The quality of the furniture and other goods is very high (I bought lounge chairs, china and carpets).

Little frustrating experience
Got an offer for a leather sofa which we liked. Unfortunately, They mixed up the leather quality so the price became more expensive afterwards and we had to cancel the order eventhough we have paid. Furthermore, we would expect free delivery such for a high value order.
