I've ordered a spare part for an electric scooter. The price was OK, no shipping cost and relatively fast delivery. I'm satisfied.

One star for the company, five stars for the bogist C1 pro product.

The product is excellent but asking the company some questions (by email) they gave me answers that showed me that I have nothing to expect from them.

They won't solve your problems, they just sell products nothing else. They seemed so incompetent even with simple questions that it really makes me wonder, if (at least) this product is theirs.

So get a product (they look and probably are, very good and at a good price) but whatever happens, look elsewhere. Strangers on youtube can give you a solution, videos on youtube can give you a solution, everywhere / anywhere you can find a solution except the company. They will tell you regardless.

I know, it's frustrating, but I lived it. I'm not telling lies. For anyone who wants, I can send him the correspondence I had with them so you can see for yourself what answers I got to questions related to their (for heaven shake) product.

Fast and ok shipment.

I ordered a custom part that has broken from my c1 pro and they didn't sent it for 3 months now and no reply after many emails. This is the worst support I ever faced.

Only scam, terrible comunikation, na answer, no delivery. I am waiting for my money since march.

Scooter arrived on time love the improvements to the look however when the scooter was charged up it killed the screen and would not power on for over a day then it just started working again then stopped after charging its my 2nd c1 pro the other was perfect in every way i emailed bogist shop to report problem and was totally ignored now theyre asking for a review 1 star and theyre lucky to get that

the product that i purchased is great but unfortunately i can not use it anymore because my scooter was stolen..

I never got my last order. Almost 2 months now.
No answer to my e-mails.

I sent an e-mail regarding how to mount it and never received a reply. Customer service support = 0 in my case.

My ordered a dashboard for my E scooter, it arrived on time and in a very secured pack.

Great help with helping me on tracking my bogist while waiting for delivery. This is my second bogist. They are definitely one of the best and most affordable scooters I've ever had. Don't think shall I get this one. You really want this scooter. Not suitable for young kids or really young teenagers because of the speed it can go. Unless your kids are extremely sensible and will wear crash helmet and other safety gear.😁😁.

Brilliant seller

They sent me the package with a company that stole the scooter's charger and charging input. And it took almost 1 month to send me the shipment.

Ordered a rear fender for the c1 pro 3 months ago and never received it. Ordering from this company is the most unreliable service I have ever experienced.

I placed an order on the 16th February I still haven't received it we r now on the 14th March still haven't received it I will never order from this site again

Customer service is bad. Zero, poor as if it didn't exist.

I asked them about it on chat, days later they replied in half sentences and not to the question. As if they didn't understand what I wrote, as if they were completely stupid.

Edit: Here is the answer to 27.01.2024: Good morning, did you just wake up? Have you replaced the useless customer service with a normal one? You have betrayed my trust a little, I have no desire to buy anything from you.
